A huge project to standardize the design and user experience of all touchpoint from Rakuten's different businesses. It meant understanding all the 100+ services globally, create something that majority liked, evangelize and then implement. Everything from brand guidelines, UX user journeys, UI patterns, functional components, icons etc in collaboration with developers and business. To tell the story about this new and improved experience, presentation to stakeholders were communicated through a set of key user journeys. One of the most fun and rewarding projects I've ever worked on.
