Another user testing with one of our products which gave us a lot of good insight. Doing desktop user tests are trickier than mobile ones. There are many things that can distract the user. They might not be used to the OS, UI colors, the mouse or keyboard etc, so its difficult to make them feel comfortable but it's easier to record their facial expressions. Here we used software that records everything at once which is very helpful.
