A large global research project with card sorting and journey-mapping and task grouping. Card sorting was important for us to get insight into the mental model of our users on how they would like to categorize the content in our system. The task mapping involved sorting tasks into frequency. The tasks that were most common across all our user types became a priority. Journey mapping was based on a task that the user recall recently in their daily job. We then mapped how the users felt, what they thought, were there were friction and even happy moments.
