This time we did a user test on some new features that we were planning. To get business on board, we had to make sure that the features we designed from our own hypothesis, were actually appreciated by our users. Some improvements and features are non-brainers and required while other need some validation before it gets to development. Using prototyping tools, its now possible to mock up a very realistic experience without any development at all.
