The goal of this workshop was to get a united view on our direction as a team - business, design and development. All material on the wall were user research findings such as analytical data, voice of the customer etc. Being surrounded by these facts gives a good atmosphere and puts perspective on things. By understanding and accepting these facts, feature suggestions were proposed and together as a team would flush out difficulty and finally decide together as a team on how much impact each feature contributed vs its effort. As each teams normally are working separately, it's important to get together like this and realign. In the end, to make things official, key stakeholders had to sign a symbolic contract as a sign of their agreement and commitment.
