This was an inspiring and fun project which involved all stakeholders to define a set of core UX values on which we would design on. These values would be used to evaluate new designs to make sure the experience was true to the brand and what we wanted to achieve. A set of values were created to cover all aspects of the user experience. This work required many iterations and presentations to explain what these actually meant in practice. Experienced designers knew what to do off the bat while junior ones had to see example implementations of each value.
