The task at hand was to prepare an app for a high profile event including guests from all around the world to discuss sustainability. The app included basic features such as schedule and "now" feature, a assignment section where users followed instructions on screen to facilitate workshops. We also implemented a realtime pin-board feature. Of course this was only available during the event days. It was very successful because it enabled everyone to use their existing device but more importantly removed the need for expensive prints and handouts - for the sake of sustainability!
