These workshops are a great way to teach others how to deal with a lot of feedback. During this workshop participants were taught how to group a large quantity of feedback to get some insight from it and most importantly, understand the priority of need, problems or wishes from the feedback. At Rakuten it's easy to get feedback as there are many ways to gather them, one of them being an internal research department which can help you recruit users. However, data gets collected and many times feedback gets stuck in someones folder. Steps are quite easy, 1. Classify 2.Sort 3.Map ! Lastly, present the findings from a users perspective!
